Frequently Asked Questions

How much do Ebner boots cost?

Ebner boots range from $6,000 for our base boot to upwards of $10,000 for intricate designs or boots made with exotic leathers.

Why are Ebner boots so costly?

Making a pair of cowboy boots takes at minimum 120 hours for our base top-stitched boot and 200 hours (or more) for a heavily inlaid design. Typical those numbers don’t include the time for artwork and technical design.

In addition to the time required, we use nothing but the best materials available. We use top-quality leathers from all over the world. Spanish calf, Italian kangaroo, and America Pig. Soling leather from Germany, Italy, and Mexico. Nothing in our boots is off-the-shelf from the beading to the heel bases. Every bit is made layer by layer and stitch by stitch.

Beyond that - we take our time, we don’t cut corners, and every boot is guaranteed.

How do I order boots?

The first step in the ordering process is joining the contact list. As boots are completed and space opens in the queue we'll reach out to folks who have been on the contact list. The process is not simply first come, first served but we do our best to accommodate customers who have signed up and been patient.

How many pairs do you make in a year?

We generally complete 6-10 pairs of bespoke boots per year. As much as we would love to increase output and get more boots on feet our commitment first and foremost is to quality, not volume.
